For students at Campus Johanneberg the helpdesk is located in Chalmers main library. Opening hours: 11:00-15:00 during semesters.
 
For students at Campus Lindholmen the helpdesk is located on the first floor of house Saga. Opening hours: 11:30-13:30 during semesters.

Helpdesk are closed during the summer, Christmas (starting the week before xmas, ending after first week in January) and other holidays. Also during meetings and internal courses we may need to shorten our opening hours. We close at 12.00 on April 30, the day before All Saints' Day.

We answer emails during office hours; 8.00-16.45.
