We answer emails during office hours; normally 08.00-16.45 on weekdays. We close after 12.00 (noon) on April 30, the day before All Saints' Day and on December 23.

Visit our helpdesk

During the covid-19 pandemic, we ask you not to visit us if you have any symptoms.

For students at Campus Johanneberg the helpdesk is located in Chalmers main library.
Helpdesk Johanneberg is closed on the following dates: October 20, November 3, 17 and December 1, 15 (2020). Opening hours: 12:00-14:00 on weekdays, during semesters.
 
For students at Campus Lindholmen the helpdesk is located on the ground floor of the Saga building.
Opening hours: 12:00-14:00 on Tuesdays.

Our Helpdesks are closed during the Summer, Christmas (starting the week before Christmas, ending after first week in January) and national holidays. Also during meetings and internal courses we may need to shorten our opening hours. We close after 12.00 (noon) on April 30, the day before All Saints' Day and on December 23.
