Content
The seminar deals with the following
- Comparison of programming languages. An overview of a wide selection of mainstreamn and experimental programming languages.
- Current research. Presentation of articles from the most influential programming languages research conferences, such as Principles of Programming Languages (POPL) and Programming Language Design and Implementation (PLDI). Seminars about current research in the programming languages area at Chalmers Computer Science department.
Organisation
The course runs throughout the whole year, with regular seminars and discussions, occasional exercises, and a project.
