Aim
The aim of the course is to impart a good understanding of the control of induction machines, permanent synchronous machine and grid-connected converters.
Content
The course covers advanced control of induction machines, control of permanent magnet machines and control of grid-connected converters. The electrically magnetized synchronous machines are also treated. A laboratory exercise on vector control of induction machines is also included. The theoretical knowledge obtained from the lectures will be applied to a project work, to be carried out using Matlab / Simulink.
