Aim

The aim of the course is that the students after the course shall be able to apply presented mehods and tools in a real product development project.

Content

In the course analysis in machine design DFX methods are focused. The course
cover the following topics:
* Systematic design methods in product development.
* Axiomatic design.
* Design of experiments
* DFQ - Design for Quality.
* DFM - Design for Manufacturing.
* DFE - Design for Environment.
