Eligibility:

For single subject courses within Chalmers programmes the same eligibility requirements apply, as to the programme(s) that the course is part of.

Aim

The purpose of this course is to put the field of Electric Power Engineering in a perspective, and to take up issues that are not discussed in detail in the courses.

Content

The seminars will be based on recent research in the area, research work carried out at the Department with discussion of recent publications, etc. The course will comprise seminars by invited specialists, faculty, Ph.D. students, and the Masters students themselves. The students will get the opportunity to study and present some special topic of their own choice.

Organisation

The course is organised with lectures, project work and report writing. The students will also make a small presentation of their work.

Reports and oral presentaion on selected topics.
The student has also to be present at 75 % of the lectures.
