Content

Principles, methdologies and tools for Quality Improvement in a wide sense. Some issues from the list of content: The Quality Framework - its philosophy, historical roots, and practical as well as economic impacts; Quality as Customer Satisfaction, Variation, Quality in the Product development Process, Quality in the Manufacturing Process, Service Quality, Leadersship and Quality Driven Organisational Development, Assessments, Quality Improvement Initiatives as e.g. Six Sigma Programs.
