Basic course in industrial marketing,
Aim
Market Analysis is the advanced course within the subject area of Industrial Marketing.
The main goal of the course is to deepen the student s knowledge of industrial marketing.
A further goal is to prepare the student for the Master Thesis, which is achieved through the project work format of the course.
Content
In order to provide the desired depth within the subject area the course is focused on a particular theme. This theme varies from year to year. Examples of recent specializations are distribution networks, and purchasing and supply networks. Within the overall theme project groups consisting of 4-5 students select a particular topic of practical as well as theoretical relevance. This topic is then explored through a literature review and empirical field work. The main activity in the course is the work in the project groups which is supported by some lectures and supervision. .
