Aim

The objective of this course is to give the student a fundamental understanding of project management

Learning outcomes (after completion of the course the student should be able to)


  • describe the conditions and reflect over the limitations and possibilities of working in a project group.
  • analyze and reflect over the function as a supervisor or project leader.
  • explain and communicate chemical concepts

Content

The course deals with how to formulate the problem so everyone in a project group understand what to do, organize the work and how the group can work together to a good result. Key elements are the role of the project leader or supervisor and group dynamics. The elements of the course are applied to a laboratory part in the course "Kemi" for "Tekniskt basår".

Organisation

The teaching consists of perspective giving lessons in which the project methodology and supervision or supervisor is discussed. The students in the course will apply the project methodology and supervision in a little part in the course "Kemi" for "Teknisk basår".
