The course requires basic eligibility for higher studies.
Aim
The course aims of offer basic knowledge about how you go from a business idea to a thought-through business, and to develop you practical knowledge about running a business and what it means to be an entrepreneur.
Learning outcomes (after completion of the course the student should be able to)
Through participation at workshopsp and through business plan development, acquire and demonstrate key knowledge aroun a new business, including the areas:

Inspiration

Sustainable business (CSV and CSR)
Strategy and teamformation
Patent and trademark protection
Sales
Digital marketing
Break even budgeting
Presentation technique

Content
The course includes 12-13 workshops with related readings and two assignmentes. Workshops are aimed at active participation and to increase knowledge around the business development process.
Organisation
Instruction is given in the form of mandatory workshops where active participation will raise awareness on relevant issues such as team composition, funding and how to practically start a business.

Examination including compulsory elements
The examination consists of at least 80% mandatory at workshops specified in the course-pm and submissions related to the Venture Cup competition.
