UNITECH general assembly are looking for student helpers

​UNITECH is a network and a student exchange and internship programme in which Chalmers is one of the academic partners. As an academic partner Chalmers arranges the UNITECH General Assembly week every 9th year. This year the GA week will take place 25-31 August on campus Johanneberg.

​Job assignments

As a Student Helper you will work together with other students with different tasks. For example, manning of the registration desk, help participants in different kind of questions, put rooms/places in order for seminars or group work. The responsible Project assistant will do the timetable for the Student Helper team.
 

Qualifications

To be qualified for the position you are an active student at the bachelor or master level at Chalmers, fluent in English, familiar with campus and its vicinity. It’s a qualification to have previous experience in arranging and organizing large events, such as Charm or similar. Ability to cooperate is important.
 

Additional information

This is an intermittent employment where you as a Student Helper will be paid for the hours you work. The remuneration level is according to our regulations and will be paid per hour in arrears. The amount of working hours is individually set in a dialogue with the Project Assistant.

Type of employment: employed by the hour, from 20 August (if necessary some hours in the week before, even the weekend can come up) until 31 August.
Extent: Timetabled according to agreement
Location: Student Union Building
First day of employment: Provisionally 20 August or earlier.
