The idea is also to expand the service so that all students at Chalmers will receive their exams digitally in the future. This is also a way of increasing legal certainty and the quality of examination management, as well as making it more efficient, to attain world class education at Chalmers.
From 30 May 2019, all exams at at Lindholmen will be scanned, which means that those of you who sit an exam at Lindholmen will receive your exam marked and complete via your student email (to the email address you have stated in Ladok). Scanning of exams does not apply to students who are examining courses at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, they will start scanning exams later on.
For exams at Lindholmen, the following procedures apply:
Checking in - With the invigilator when entering the examination hall. Bring ID documents and your student card. You will be assigned a seat; the places are numbered.
On your table - There is a pre-printed cover sheet (see the example below) with your anonymous code, answer sheet and your seat number.
Toilet breaks - Show your seat number to the invigilator.
Checking out - This is done with the invigilator, fill in the number of sheets and the number of assignments handed in on the cover sheet (see the example below) and fill in the anonymous code on every answer sheet, before you go to check out.
After the exam
When the examiner has marked your exam, it is scanned, and you will receive your corrected exam in your student email (to the email address you have stated in Ladok).

The plan is also to scan exams at Campus Johanneberg in a near future.
