Copying/printing of a licentiate thesis

​You should timely contact Chalmers print service - Reproservice and book a date for print of your licentiate thesis. Reproservice need 5-7 business days from the receipt of the material to delivery.

The order is sent to before 10 am or latest before lunch on the day the printing is booked. The same day as the material has been sent, you are welcome to come to Reproservice and check and approve the proof.

The material should be sent in PDF format.

For payment we need cost center and project numbers given in the same e-mail as the PDF files is attached.

All costs related to the licentiate thesis are to be met by your department.

Report numbers
Licentiate theses included in report series need to have a report sequence number. There are no requirements for ISBN (International Standard Book Number) or ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) unless departments have issued otherwise in local instructions. Report numbers should be stated on the printing location page (back side of the title page) in accordance with instructions given at “Layout of the licentiate thesis”.

Electronic Publishing
Theses are published electronically in Only the compilation summary part (kappan) is published, not appended papers. Open online publishing requires your active consent which is given in direct sequence to the obligatory registration of your thesis in Library staff will then proceed and publish of the full text file.
