Ethics and Research Misconduct

Chalmers Committee on Ethics and Research Misconduct
Chalmers has a committee that handles ethical questions concerning, among other things, research activities. The Committee on Ethics and Research Misconduct functions as a guiding body. Chalmers has an ethical policy, ratified by the president, that all employees at Chalmers shall be acquainted with.

Chalmers applies the principle of public access to official records, and communications received by the university, such as e-mails, are normally available to the public unless the related legislation contains support for confidentiality.
